Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Right now we are only shipping in the USA but we working on International shipping.

 

For large items we use UPS Ground for shipping. For shirts and softgoods, we use USPS (Postal).

The shipping fees are shown at checkout time.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items during shipment.
 

Return & Exchange Policy
 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history.

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

To initiate a return, please email us with the issue you have with the product and if it meets our return criteria, we issue an RMA number. Any return received without an RMA number will be rejected by our shipping department.

We are always willing to work with someone in regards to a product return, so please contact us first before just sending an item back to us.
